Any individual or legal entity making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as "customer") at the ticket office of one of the Châteaux de la Drôme or on the websites:

The customer declares to be at least 16 years old, to have the legal and intellectual capacity and not to be under guardianship or to have parental authorization allowing him to place an order at the various points of sale of the services of the Châteaux de la Drôme and to commit himself under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme : Public Establishment for Cultural Cooperation ensuring the tourist, cultural, economic and heritage development of the Castles of the Drôme: Montélimar, Grignan and Suze-La-Rousse.
Client : natural person acting for their personal or professional needs.
Control : any contract linking the client to the EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme allowing the subscription to one or more service(s).
Pricing : any activity offered to the public > visit, entertainment, show, experience, room rental, etc.
Order confirmation : document summarizing and validating the customer's order, automatically sent by email to the customer, or on request from EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme.
Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets, whether purchased on-site or online. They regulate all the necessary steps for placing an order and ensure order tracking between the contracting parties.

Subject

These general terms and conditions of sale define the terms of sale, both on-site and remotely, between EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme and the customer, from ordering to payment and delivery. Any order placed by the customer implies their prior, unreserved acceptance of and full adherence to these general terms and conditions and, where applicable, to any specific terms and conditions, which take precedence over any other document.

Functioning

The EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme allows the ordering of all types of visits (guided, self-guided, etc.) with or without additional services (workshop, entertainment, etc.) as well as show tickets.

These Terms and Conditions apply automatically and without restriction to all orders placed by individuals. Any purchase made by the customer implies their unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All orders imply consultation and full and unreserved acceptance of the specific conditions and pricing conditions.
The customer's agreement to these Terms and Conditions is given at the time of ordering. No order is possible without this agreement.
The EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. In the event of modification, the applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order, order placement, or purchase.
The information and prices published in the brochures and on the website change over time and may be subject to modifications; only these Terms and Conditions are binding in contractual relations.
These general conditions are specified or amended, if necessary, within the framework of commercial agreements or conventions providing for specific conditions on quotation.

The customer acknowledges being fully informed that their agreement regarding the content of the General Terms and Conditions does not require a handwritten signature on these documents but results solely from their placing of the order.
The client declares that they have obtained from EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme all the information necessary for their visit to the site and have read the internal regulations which can be consulted on the websites www.chateaudegrignan.fr, www.chateaudemontelimar.fr, www.chateaudesuzelarousse.fr.

Online ticket office

Online, only payment by bank card is accepted. Payment for an order by any other method is only possible at the ticket office of the Châteaux de la Drôme.

Ticket prices include VAT and booking fees.
A valid proof of eligibility is required at the castle entrance for reduced, children's or exempt rates.

Payment by credit card is completely secure.
Once paid, the order is final and non-refundable. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded, even in case of loss or theft. No duplicates will be issued.

Only the ticket holder is entitled to benefit from the corresponding service.
Electronic ticket: the ticket must be downloaded or printed; simply presenting the order confirmation is not sufficient to access the site.
Non-electronic ticket: collection at the ticket office at the entrance to the castle.

Due to the customer:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
If the number of people exceeds the reserved number, the EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme is not obligated to accept the additional visitors. Depending on availability, the following may be offered:

EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme reserves the right to cancel any order, without minimum notice period, if force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances compel it to do so, without the list being exhaustive: fire, water damage, storm, electrical problem, human error, impossibility of access….
The order may be postponed or refunded in full, according to the terms offered by the Castles.

Pursuant to Article L221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, the services offered by EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme to customers, as catering or leisure services to be provided on a specific date or at specific intervals, are not subject to the application of the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L221-18 et seq. of the same code for contracts concluded remotely and off-premises.

How the service is provided

The customer must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the service time indicated on the ticket or according to the conditions previously stated.
In case of delay, EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme reserves the right to reduce or cancel the service, without refund or invoice reduction, or to replace it with a self-guided visit of the site during the site's opening hours.

Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to attend shows, except for children's shows (in which case, please comply with the indicated ages).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The show starts precisely at the announced time; 5 minutes before the start of the performance, seating, if numbered, is no longer guaranteed.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers after the start of the show. No refunds will be given in such cases.
No entry to the auditorium is permitted during the performance. In the case of general admission or open seating, the ticket does not necessarily guarantee a seat.
Any exit during the performance is final.
In the event of audiovisual recording of the event, spectators are warned that their image may appear in it.

Personal data

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (known as the "Data Protection Act"), and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (known as the GDPR), the customer is informed that personal data concerning him/her is:

Failure to provide information in a required field will prevent EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme from processing the customer's request.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (regulation no. 2016/79 of 27 April 2016), the customer has the right to access, rectify, port, and erase their personal data, or to restrict its processing. The customer also has the right to define instructions regarding the fate of their personal data after their death. The customer may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their data and has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Finally, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

These rights can be exercised by sending an email to the dedicated address: leschateaux@ladrome.fr or by mail to Les Châteaux de la Drôme, 23 rue Montant au château, 26230 GRIGNAN. All requests must be signed, accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document, bear the client's signature, and specify the address to which the response should be sent.

A response will be sent within one month of receiving the request. The customer is informed that if they exercise their right to delete or object to the processing of their data, all or part of the website may become inaccessible.

Responsibilities

The EPCC des Châteaux de la Drôme is the sole point of contact for the client and is responsible to the client for the execution of the obligations arising from these terms of sale and the contracts concluded.

Furthermore, the EPCC des Châteaux de la Drôme cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform which would have as its origin a case of force majeure, beyond its control, including in particular, cases of interruption of transport, strike, exceptional weather conditions, fire.

The EPCC may be relieved of all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable either to the client, or to the unforeseeable or insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

Furthermore, the EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme declines all responsibility for damages suffered, for whatever reason, by effects, objects, or materials brought onto the site by clients, which are their own responsibility.

Within the grounds of the Châteaux, visitors are subject to the internal regulations of the Châteaux de la Drôme. In indoor spaces, visitors are expected to behave appropriately and in a manner that does not disrupt the public visit, particularly through noisy behavior. The EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme reserves the right to require any disruptive visitor(s) to leave the premises immediately. In such cases, the visitor will not be entitled to a refund or any other compensation.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult. This accompaniment must be maintained throughout their stay in all areas of the facility.

Applicable Law – Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship concluded between EPCC Châteaux de la Drôme and the client are subject to French law.

In the event of a complaint, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the customer may resort free of charge to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
